Authorizes $120.7m for the Arrow missile defense program. Original budget request was $65.7m. The House approved a $91m increase whereas the Senate approved a $40m increase. In conference an increase of $55m was agreed upon. Further, the House bill called for transferring funding from certain Missile Defense Agency programs to the PAC-3 (Patriot missiles) and Arrow program. The Senate did not pass such a measure and in conference, the measure was dropped.
