Introduced on the third anniversary of the Syrian conflict, this resolution calls for a political solution to the ongoing humanitarian crisis. It also, inter alia, calls on the president to put together a humanitarian response strategy, urges all parties to the conflict to allow the delivery of humanitarian assistance, and condemns the unlawful use of violence against civilians, particularly by the Syrian government.
