Provides Israel with $131.7m for the Arrow missile defense program, $97.7m of which is for the Arrow System Improvement Program (ASIP), continuing ballistic missile defense interoperability with Israel, and establishing an Arrow production capability in the U.S. The bill also states that “the remainder, $34,000,000, shall be available for the purpose of adjusting the cost-share of the parties under the Agreement between the Department of Defense and the Ministry of Defense of Israel for the Arrow Deployability Program.”
