In addition to blocking the Treasury Dept. from licensing the export or re-export of commercial passenger aircraft to Iran, this bill would direct the Treasury to submit an annual report on the involvement of U.S. financial institutions in the sale or lease of such aircraft to Iran and describing any risks involved therein.
