Like identical measure, S. 825 of 3/19/15, this bill would effectively end the P5+1 negotiations with Iran by forcing the U.S. to leave its commitments unfulfilled. Inter alia, it would reimpose all sanctions waived by the Obama administration in connection with the talks; expand sanctions on Iran’s petrochemical and automotive sectors; and prohibit funding for the talks, barring congressional approval.
