Hezbollah Kingpin Designation Act

This bill would facilitate additional sanctions on Hezbollah by directing the president to determine whether or not the group qualifies as a “significant foreign narcotics trafficker” and a “transnational criminal organization” under U.S. law. It would also direct the secretary of the Treasury to report to Congress with estimates of the total assets controlled by Hezbollah-linked leaders of political parties or movements in the U.S.
