Cites two bombings by Palestinian women, 1/27/02 and 2/27/02 and Fatah’s Al-Aqsa Martyr’s Brigades announcement that they have established a special unit for female suicide bombers. Affirms women’s roles in national militaries “that act in accordance with international law and custom” but condemns “all suicide bombings as terrorist acts” and “deplores those acts as contrary to the values and ideals of people everywhere,” while beseeching women not to partake in this “crime.”
