“A bill to establish the policy of the United States with respect to deployment of missile defense systems capable of defending allies of the United States against ballistic missile attack.” The policy suggested is the deployment as soon as technologically possible of a missile defense system capable of protecting all NATO allies and Israel from ballistic missile attack from Iran and to continually seek burden sharing agreements to develop such a system with NATO and Israel.
