Would grant U.S. district courts original jurisdiction over any civil lawsuit, in any amount, brought by survivors or heirs of persons deported to Nazi concentration camps against any legally independent railroad company that owned or operated trains used to transport the deportees from 1/1/1942 through 12/31/1944, specifically mentioning the Societé Nationale des Chemins de Fers Francais. Establishes no statute of limitations on lawsuits and would apply retroactively to any action pending or commenced on or before 1/2/2002.
