Expanding Sanctions Against Iran's Revolutionary Guard Corps Act

This bill would strengthen sanctions on Iran’s Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC). Specifically, it would do so by amending U.S. law to expand the definitions of “owning” and “controlling” when it comes to the qualifications of persons eligible for sanctions in connection to the IRGC.
