Urges the countries of Europe that have not yet done so, especially the governments of Lithuania and Poland, to enact legislation to provide restitution or compensation to individuals and communities whose personal, communal, or religious properties were confiscated by the Nazi or Communist regimes. Welcomes the decision of the government of the Czech Republic to host Prague Conference on Holocaust Era Assets which will address the issue of confiscated property.
