Condemns “the vicious terrorist attacks” of 12/1 and 12/2/2001; “expresses outrage at the ongoing Palestinian terrorist campaign; demands the PA dismantle “terrorist groups,” arrest those wanted by Israel and either prosecute them or hand them to Israel; urges the president to take all measures to pressure the PA, including cutting ties with Yassir Arafat; and “expresses the solidarity of the United States with Israel in our common struggle against the scourge of terrorism.”
