That the following sums are appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2007, for military functions administered by the Department of Defense and for other purposes

Appropriates $137.894 m. for the U.S.-Israeli produced Arrow missile defense system, of which $53 m. will be used for producing Arrow missile components in the U.S. and in Israel and of which $20.4 m. will be available to fund a joint feasibility study into production of a Short Range Ballistic Missile Defense.
