Would require state agencies that receive federal grant money to provide social services to the elderly to add Holocaust survivors to the list of vulnerable populations who receive preferential treatment. Would require the U.S. Administration on Aging to designate a person who has responsibility for Holocaust survivors, and create a grant program to improve transportation services for the elderly, with preference given to Holocaust survivors.
