Commemorates the 10th anniversary of the death of former Israeli PM Rabin, states with admiration his role in the Palmach (the strike force of the Jewish paramilitary Haganah during the British Mandate); and affirms support for his historical role and vision in service to the Israeli people. Also praises U.S.-Israeli relations, “condemns any and all acts of terrorism,” and affirms that “democratic leaders and governments must be changed only by the democratically expressed will of the people.”
