Passed in House

In an effort to crack down on terrorism financing and money laundering, this bill would require the Treasury to submit a new annual report on the financial assets of Iran’s leaders, including estimated totals held by certain leaders in U.S. and foreign banks, a description of how such funds were acquired and how they’ve been used, and recommendations for how to tweak U.S. sanctions to prevent the use of these funds in support of Iran’s ballistic missile program or for human rights abuses; inter alia.
