In the context of this multi-faceted joint resolution directing the president to withdraw the U.S. Armed Forces from hostilities in or affecting Yemen, one provision concerned U.S.-Israel military coordination. It stated, “Nothing in this joint resolution shall be construed to influence or disrupt any military operations and cooperation with Israel.” It was added by a vote of 99–0 during the Senate’s consideration in early 12/2018.
