Provides $132.866 m. for research, development, and evaluation of the Arrow missile defense program of which $60.25 m. must be used for production of missile components in Israel and the U.S.; $10 m. will be spent on a joint feasibility study on developing a Short Range Ballistic Missile Defense program.
