Provides Israel with $155.572m for the Arrow missile defense system. Of that amount $37.383m is for producing components for the system in the U.S. and in Israel, $37m for the Short Range Ballistic Missile Defense program, and $20m “for an Arrow System Improvement Program-Upper Tier program for risk mitigation and preliminary design activities to enhance the Arrow Weapon system.” The remaining amount of $61.189m is undesignated within the limits of the Arrow System.
