The Senate urges United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki Moon to work to reform the U.N. Human Rights Council so that it no longer targets Israel, requests that he do all in his power to redress the damage done to Israel’s reputation caused by the Goldstone report, and asks that he work with U.N. member states to halt any further U.N. action on the report’s findings.

Urges the United States to take a leadership role in limiting ‘the damage that this libelous report has caused to our close ally Israel and to the reputation of the United Nations.’
