This resolution expresses the sense of the Senate that some European countries (specifically Poland, Romania, Latvia, Slovenia, Croatia) have not properly provided compensation for property lost in the Holocaust. It notes that the U.S. has a history of just legislation to provide restitution, or fair compensation, and expresses a will to continue to do so.
