Would amend the Iran, North Korea, and Syria Nonproliferation Act to require the president to identify to Congress any person or entity who has transferred goods, services, or technology to assist Iran, North Korea, or Syria in extracting or milling Uranium ore. Would further declare the policy of the U.S. to be to oppose such transfers and to work with other countries to impose restrictions on them.
