Would prohibit U.S. contributions to the UN budget if it adopts a resolution or takes any other action that supports the recognition of an independent Palestinian state unless it is the product of a final status agreement negotiated between Israel and the Palestinians. The bill would also bar U.S. contributions to any specific UN agency if it takes any action that supports the recognition of a Palestinian state.
