“To authorize programs that support economic and political development in the Greater Middle East and Central Asia and support for three new multilateral institutions, and for other purposes.” Among other objectives, it seeks to establish a Greater Middle East and Central Asia Development Bank and encourages thought on the secy. of state appointing a Coordinator for Assistance for the region defined here as the Greater Middle East and Central Asia, which includes all 22 Arab states, Israel, and some in C. Asia.
