Like H.R. 311 of 1/5/16, this bill would block U.S. contributions to the UN until the UN Security Council repeals Resolution 2334 of 12/23/16, which condemned Israeli settlements. It’s unclear why Gohmert introduced this second, nearly identical version of this bill.
