Finds that the 2001 Durban I conference was used as a platform to advance Anti-Semitism, and condemnation of Israel causing the U.S. and Israeli delegations to walk out of the conference. Seeks to prohibit the use of any U.S. funds to support, plan, or implement the 2009 Durban II Conference or any other follow-up meeting to the 2001 United Nations World Conference Against Racism. To accomplish this the bill would withhold the amount of funds that would be used for the Durban II conference from the U.S. contribution to the United Nations.
