Resolves that Israel is a democracy and a free market economy as required by the OECD; Israel meets the OECD’s membership requirements; the U.S. government should support Israel’s accession to the OECD; and given the discrimination with which Israel is treated in other international fora, upon accession to the OECD it should be granted full membership rights.

6/24/04 House committee amended the measure and agreed to seek consideration in the full House.
